Remindful question cards started when I got a group of awesome humans together and asked, "What were questions that changed how you looked at the world?". One by one we shared stories and our views on certain topics that shifted our perspective. We had such an incredible open experience, I had to create something that could facilitate this kind of conversation in more places!
However, I asked myself, why is this not happening more often with more humans? So I wrote down all of the questions we shared (plus a load of others that I collected over the years) and started to test how it went down with others. For the most part, it was incredible to see that through clearly crafted questions, how many people could learn new things about people they had spent years with. However, I noticed a few ground rules needed to be made in order for it to run smoothly. This is where Remindful Conversation Cards were born.
Remindful Conversational Cards were designed for the curious and open minds. There are some brilliant options out there for conversational cards, however, these cards are less focused on "getting to know someone else", but more about getting to know yourself and others deeper than our initial "story" that we present to the world.
Remindful question cards have been carefully crafted and tested rigorously, to offer us a safe space to speak openly, listen deeply, and enquire into our authentic selves - together.
