This is a 30 minute session to discuss how certain techniques can help drive performance in your training but also help reduce anxiety in your day to day. The session doesn't just look at breath, but at daily habits, belief systems, and mindset. The aim of this session, is to not need them anymore. You have a right to have the tools to know how to breathe all by yourself.
A fundamental principle of Remindful is that knowing 'how to breathe' should be available to everyone. So anyone who is under any financial hardship and fits any of the two following descriptions, please message directly daniel@beremindful.com for a code:
