Breathwork for Private Groups

We can often want to grow as an individual, which is so important, however, what if we grew together? This group session is designed to bring play, connection, and sell reflection, as well as, of course, a powerful breathwork session. Enjoy the mix of improv, conversation, and deep breathwork with music and sounds to dive even deeper.

STEP 1: Play

Step out of the mind

Come together with light improv games that get us out of the mind and into the body. This is great for bringing that playful energy into our session ahead of our powerful breathflow.

STEP 2: Breathe

Step into the Body

Flow into your breath and find your rhythm with the music and sounds. This will be a combination of light but also rapid breathing. Known for bringing deep sensations into the body, it can lead to a beautiful state of calmness. However, this is called breath-'work', which means we'll need to work to get to that state.

STEP 3: Connect

Step into each other

Connect with one another in a different state and share our experiences. Integration is sometimes just as important as the breathing. We'll discuss what came up and next steps.
